¹æ¹ý: ÀÚ·á¼öÁý ±â°£Àº 8°³ ¿ä¾çº´¿ø °£È£»ç 126¸íÀ̾ú´Ù. ¼öÁýµÈ ÀÚ·á´Â SPSS WIN 23.0 ProgramÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿© ±â¼úÅë°è, t-°ËÁ¤, ºÐ»êºÐ¼®, Sheffe test, ÇǾ »ó°ü°è¼ö, À§°èÀû ȸ±ÍºÐ¼®À¸·Î ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
°á°ú: ȯÀÚ¾ÈÀü°£È£È°µ¿¿¡ °¡Àå ¿µÇâÀ» ÁÖ´Â ¿äÀÎÀº ÀϹÝÀû Ư¼º Áß¿¡¼ ÇöÀç ±Ù¹« ÁßÀÎ ¿ä¾çº´¿ø °æ·Â(¥â=-.23, p=.008), °³ÀÎÀû ¿äÀο¡¼ ¾ÈÀüÅëÁ¦°¨(¥â=.29, p=.002)°ú º¸°íÀǵµ(¥â=.19, p=.037), Á¶Á÷Àû ¿äÀο¡¼ ºñ°ø½ÄÀûÀÎ ÀÇ»ç¼ÒÅë(¥â=-.31, p=.005)À¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing patient safety nursing activities of nurses workingin long-term care hospitals.
Methods: The participants were 126 nurses working in 8 long-term care hospitalsin B city. Data were collected from June 26 to July 10, 2017. SPSS/WIN 23.0 was used for analysis with t-test, ANOVA,Scheffe? test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression.
Results: The factors influencingpatient safety nursing activities in participants were general characteristics, career in present long-term care hospital,(¥â=-.23, p=.008), safety control (¥â=.29, p=.002) and intention to report (¥â=.19, p=.037); on the personal side, informalcommunication (¥â=-.31, p=.005) for the organizational side. These factors contributed 39% of the total variance inpatient safety nursing activities.
Conclusion: In the organizational dimension of long-term care hospital, formal communicationchannels should be strengthened to officially direct or report patient safety rather than using informalcommunication. In order to improve the sense of safety control, which is a personal side of long-term care hospitalnurses, it is necessary to provide awareness and education about the continuous safety control and positively preparethe reporting atmosphere to increase long-term care hospital nurses' intention to report.
